Simple Bruschetta
This fresh and delicious reipe is all you need for a great appetizer!

Medium sized bowl
wooden spoon
Sharp knife

Ingredients

roma tomatoes, diced finely

onion, diced finely
several basil leaves, torn into small pieces. (you can use 1-2 teaspoons dried basil, but I recommend fresh)

cloves
garlic, pressed

Extra virgin olive oil

teaspoon
balsamic vinegar

teaspoon
salt (or to taste)

teaspoon
ground black pepper
Instructions
Gently stir all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
Place in fridge and allow flavors to meld, approximately 30-60 minutes.
Spoon over home made crostini or crackers.
Notes
This recipe will last until the next day, however it is best eaten the same day.
