Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place halved brussels sprouts on baking sheet.
  • Pour olive oil over all sprouts.
  • Follow with rosemary and garlic. Mix with wooden spoon or hands, ensuring all sprouts are mostly covered.
  • Roast in oven 30-35 minutes.
  • Taste and adjust for seasonings if necessary. Enjoy!
