Maple and Brown Sugar Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats (either quick or regular)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 1/4 cup milk (whole or 2%)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon maple extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and stir until well incorporated.
  • Pour into greased 8x8 baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 20-25 minutes until edges are set.
  • Allow to cool about 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve with maple syrup drizzled on top. Enjoy!
