Mango Salsa
This amazing salsa is perfect over shredded pork tacos!

Ingredients

mangos, peeled and diced
1
red onion, diced
2-3
roma tomatoes, diced
handful
cilantro, diced
1
jalapeno, diced (remove seeds if less heat desired)
juice from 1 lime
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add mango, tomato, onion, cilantro, jalapeno to a medium bowl.
Add lime juice, salt, and pepper, stir gently to mix.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Notes
Keep sealed in an air tight container up to 5 days.
