How to make Crostini
This easy appetizer base will delight even the pickiest guests.

Materials

french baguette or bag of premade dinner rolls
1/2
cup
extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

tablespoon
kosher or flaked salt

teaspoon
granulated garlic (optional)
1
teaspoon
rosemary (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375.
Using a sharp bread knife, slice baguette or rolls 1/4" thick.
Brush EVOO over bread slices.
Sprinkle evenly with salt, and the optional spices.
Bake in preheated oven 16-20 minutes until light golden brown.
Allow to cool to room temperature. Enjoy!
Notes
The dinner rolls will take longer to bake than a baguette, and may need an additional 5 minutes or so.
