For cupcakes, line cupcake tins with paper liners. Fill 2/3 full with batter. I use a cookie scoop. Bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes. Cool completely. Makes 24 regular sized cupcakes, however I was able to make a few mini cupcakes as well.
