Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats (quick cook)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to large bowl. Mix well.
  • Refrigerate 30-60 minutes.
  • Using a cookie scoop, shape dough into walnut sized balls.
  • Keep cool in fridge. Enjoy!
