Easy 5 Ingredient Oat Balls

- 1 cup Rolled oats (quick cook)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Add all ingredients to large bowl. Mix well.
Refrigerate 30-60 minutes.
Using a cookie scoop, shape dough into walnut sized balls.
Keep cool in fridge. Enjoy!
