Combine garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, salt, and cayenne. Sprinkle over both sides of chicken tenders.
In large skillet or frying pan, melt half of the butter over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken tenders until done, about 8-10 minutes.
Pour the cream, remaining butter, and optional parmesan cheese into the skillet. If there are any leftover spices, also add to cream. Lower heat and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Serve chicken and sauce over spaghetti or mashed potatoes.
