Brownies
2boxesGhirardelli Triple Chocolate brownies
2eggs
2/3cupcanola oil
2/3cup water
Or use your favorite brownie mix or recipe.
Fruit
6-7strawberries, sliced
1containerblueberries
Instructions
For Brownies
Prepare according to box. Alternatively, use your favorite brownie mix. For a 13x9 pan, I used two packages.
Allow to cool completely to room temperature.
For the Frosting
Whisk cream cheese with stand or hand mixer until smooth.
Add sugar, vanilla, and salt. Whisk on medium until incorporated.
Gradually add heavy cream. I always use my splash guard.
Whisk until stiff peaks form.
For the Fruit
Wash and dry strawberries and blueberries. Slice the tops off the strawberries, then using a strawberry slicer or sharp knife, cut the strawberries into slices.
Assembly
Spread a desired layer of frosting over cooled brownies. Place strawberries and blueberries on frosting as shown in picture. Keep out of direct sunlight. Enjoy!
