I absolutely love making these homemade crostini. They make the perfect party appetizer with almost no effort. Usually I’ll serve this with my easy bruschetta, buffalo chicken dip, or as a plain side to pasta dishes.
This recipe works well with a french baguette, leftover dinner rolls, a day or two old sour dough loaf, really anything. Personally my favorite way is with that huge bag of dinner rolls from Costco. I will take the rolls and slice them thin, top with EVOO and whatever spice combos I feel like having that day. The compliments come rushing out when serving this! It really is so easy and delicious.
