This is my children’s favorite chicken recipe, bar none. The combo of chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder make this dish so flavorful.
We mostly make this using spaghetti noodles, but it can also be made with other types of pasta or even mashed potatoes.
Chicken Lazone is so easy! My kids love helping make it. Although it’s not as waistline friendly as I’d like, it really is delicious!

- large skillet or frying pan
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken tenders (or 2-3 breasts cut up)
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 cup butter, divided (half stick)

- 1/4 cup grated parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- Combine garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, salt, and cayenne. Sprinkle over both sides of chicken tenders.
- In large skillet or frying pan, melt half of the butter over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken tenders until done, about 8-10 minutes.
