I have a delicious breakfast or brunch treat for you guys. We love this maple and brown sugar baked oatmeal. It’s filling and satisfying, sure to please a crowd, too.
This recipe is great because it uses basic pantry ingredients (except maybe the maple extract), there’s no fussiness to the steps, and it just bakes right up whenever you want a lazy Sunday morning meal.
Usually I serve this with coffee, fresh fruit, and bacon, and of course, a drizzle of maple syrup over the top. In case of leftovers, store in an air tight container in the fridge, where it will keep for several days. Enjoy!
