These easy NO BAKE oat balls are the perfect afternoon snack or school snack. Kids of all ages can whip these up in no time at all.
Made with pantry staples, these easy oat balls can be made to your tastes. For example, try adding 1/4 cup flax seeds, and/or 1/4 cup chia seeds. Another option is to replace the optional vanilla extract with maple extract. Additionally, you could add a few butterscotch chips or white chocolate chips if that’s what you have on hand. Maybe add a couple tablespoons Nutella if you prefer.
Once made, these easy oat balls should be stored in the fridge. They will keep several days in an air tight container, if they even last that long (they won’t).
I almost always add vanilla extract and cinnamon to this snack. It’s totally optional if you don’t have any in your pantry, that’s why they’re named 5 Ingredient Oat Balls after all! Enjoy!
