
Some people love ’em, others, not so much. Thankfully, my kids love brussels sprouts, and they especially love them roasted. My version calls for garlic and rosemary, one of my favorite herb and spice combos.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts
A perfectly simple, no fuss, delicious side dish that pairs well with fish or chicken.

Equipment
- rimmed baking sheet
Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ground rosemary
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place halved brussels sprouts on baking sheet.
- Pour olive oil over all sprouts.
- Follow with rosemary and garlic. Mix with wooden spoon or hands, ensuring all sprouts are mostly covered.
- Roast in oven 30-35 minutes.
- Taste and adjust for seasonings if necessary. Enjoy!
