Spicy Ritz Crackers

Hi, friends! How’s the summer going? Ready for July 4th? I have a great party snack for you!

Truth be told, Ritz crackers are probably my favorite cracker. The buttery and salty goodness tops my casseroles frequently. However, elevating them to this delicious, spicy status is really where it’s at.

Recently I came across a company called Flat Iron Pepper, and they specialize in crushed pepper blends. I used the red four pepper blend for this recipe. For the record, this is not a paid endorsement! I genuinely love and support this small business and their products. Read about them here.

Flat Iron Pepper Co, Four Pepper Blend

Yes, these crackers are a bit spicy. Feel free to change up the spice blends to your tastes. For example, I really love a garlic and rosemary combo. Or try one of the more common mixtures of powdered ranch and parmesan (like my oyster crackers).

Hope everyone has a chance to bake up this yummy snack and appetizer. Happy summer, friends!
