Baked White Fish with Ritz, Onions, and Celery

I have a great way to prepare a baked fish meal using Ritz crackers, onions, and celery. This is such a simple and delicious recipe and is ready in less than 45 minutes.

Ritz crackers are one of my favorite crackers. Aren’t they good? Buttery and salty, it makes a great topping on many a casserole. I use it as a topping on fish for that added crunch and salty goodness.

When I make this dish, I usually use tilapia, however, it works with any white fish, and would work even with tuna steaks, and salmon.

Because we are not precooking the onions and celery, dice them very fine so they cook in the allotted time.

This recipe can be spiced up any way you like. Try adding crushed garlic, dill, or thyme. Brighten up with a squeeze of lemon at the end.
